Beethoven Bed-Stuy

June 11, 2012 by Boima Tucker

The New York Times has a review of the Brooklyn Philharmonic’s Saturday Concert at Restoration Plaza in Bed-Stuy, a concert that really made me realize how special of a place New York is. I get a mention in the article for my “tribal drums” interpretation of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3 (“Eroica”). This remix was part of a contest that homie Sam Hilmer linked me with.
